PS4 pro with LG oled TV

i can’t seem to get my PS4 to turn on or off my Tv when I am sure settings are correct. My other does it such as Xbox 1 x. Sky q. Apple TV

Hard to tell without knowing how you set things up, but make sure that HDMI link is on on the TV, and also check on the PS4 Settings> System> Enable HDMI device link
