Tesco entertainment good for pre-orders..?

When you preordered a game from entertainment do they take money off you and give you it back a couple days? or do they take payment right away?

They ring fence the funds for a few days then release them.

First time i have ever pre ordered games and in the past few weeks have had
batman, battlefield and uncharted 3 all come a day before release from tesco.

only MW3 left in my preorder list hopefully its similar

I preordered MW3 from entertainment money was taken and I read about getting it back after couple days but I wasn't sure how long. (I haven't got it back yet) and I'm kinda worried I won't get it back for the dispatch. heh.

Considering they will start preparing orders for shipping any time now I wouldn't expect to see the money again lol

Oh? haha I got in contact with one of them from tesco I was told the money in the bank is reserved for 7-10 days.

I don't believe it's that long, sure my account returned to normal inside of 5 days.
