Going digital a bit of info needed

Hi guys I'm just about to buy another Xbox one because I want to play The division online with my small fella. We have the disc and season pass installed currently,  if I buy the digital copy will the season pass still be available to both of us and can we share Gold as his subscription is due to be renewed in a couple of weeks. Both consoles will be in the same house connected to the same network.

Not sure if you've went out and bought it but yes it will work.

Sign your account into his xbox ,set as home console.
Sign his account in on your xbox, set as home console.

Game sharing is now set up so Log out, continue logging into your own account on your own xbox consoles.

Two console household with one gold sub, obviously the account that has the gold sub active has to manually download GWG/DWG offers for both to access.

If one of your accounts has been Gold longer and thus grabbed more free games then you'll want to keep the Gold sub going for that account, especially as more older 360 Games with Gold games go back compat.

Sorry to hijack!

I've just bought a One S for the living room, my older day one Xbox One is in my son's room presently. My son has an account that's spawned off my Gold sub. An I right in thinking that we can run both Xboxes at the same time whilst signed into our own respective accounts? Does game sharing come into effect? He doesn't have any digital downloads as it's all obtained via my account/gold sub.

Also, my son uses EA Access via my sub, that won't be a problem if I'm using it at the same time also (ie he plays garden warfare and I'm on BF4)?

You can both play Xbox live at same time, can both play ea access at same time and if you sign on his Xbox with your account set it to home he will be able to download any digital games you've paid for, exactly how me and my eldest have ours set up
