Winter 3DS promotion

Nintendo UK are running another 3DS promo, register a new 3DS or XL (not a new New 3DS or XL though   ) and either one of the Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire remakes, OR Smash Bros between 11th September and 12th January 2015 and download one of the following:

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Zelda Link Between Worlds
Yoshi's New Island
Kirby Triple Deluxe
Mario Gold World Tour
Mario Party Island Tour
Pokemon Art Academy

Worth knowing, in case anyone on here is looking to upgrade to an XL or jump in and get a 2DS or 3DS.

If the 'New' handhelds weren't just around the corner I might have snapped up Yoshi or Kirby with an XL.

Hey, have you guys seen the new Nintendo branded 3DS exclusive to Gamestop coming soon?  Or is it not available out there?  I would totally buy it if I didn't already have one and the new ones weren't right around the corner...

I currently have a 2ds but having played smash bros demo now think its time to upgrade to a 3ds xl for the bigger screen!would love the smash bros red one,just can't justify the £200 price tag on it!i understand the games gonna set me back £32 so £168 it would be for 3ds!Arrrggghhh!!!ha

I've decided I'm gonna get that version,but for £198 at grainger games!can trade my 2ds and iphone 4 in there and get it for £10!Am I right in thinking I need to have my 2ds to hand to transfer my digital version of mario golf world tour,or is there a way of doing it after traded it in!

I think you can transfer your NNID and redownload Mario Golf on the new XL, but you'll lose all your save files.

Game saves are fine to lose,would they not stay on memory card though?So can I wipe 2ds and un attach NNID,then when recieve the 3ds xl just link my NNID to that then hopefully redownload mario golf?
