I was kinda hoping the same myself, but now I read about it and look at the instructions it doesn't look that difficult if you have experience in assembling things or doing own repairs usings spanners etc.
The only part I was mainly worried about with the electronics, but that looks as if its going to be sorted with a kit that someone has commissioned and looks cheaper and better.

From what I understand it’s not allowed to be sold commercially as a kit.

There are other similar kits ready made but those are still £5500 which is a fair bit pricier.

What program did you use for the printer?
I am not sure what the Creality comes with (if any).

@Furnace Inferno Just been looking at the photo you posted on the other site, showing how your Throne Thumper is set up.

I am going to change mine a little today...

The way these work, as you know is through vibration. Now when I had it on my Playseat I felt everything. Now its on my alu rig I can hardly feel it at all.
I think that this is down to the weight of it and how sturdy it is.
So what I am going to do is undo my seating rails where its fastened to the rig and place them on anti vibration mounts, which I am hoping will allow the seat to vibrate more and bring the feeling back that I had with my Playseat.
These only cost a fiver and are 8mm threads like the fasteners I have got and will only add another 1.5" t the height of my seat.

I will get back with my findings after I have done it.

Mine vibrates the sh*t out of my rig and my PC 7ft away from it and the volume dial is right down. I had it on the back originally to keep it central but after testing on the side rail realised I couldn’t tell it was on the left or right one. My Buttkicker Gamer 2 I have on the pedal deck though I can’t really feel anymore.

What do you have it attached with? I’ve got it direct with a metal pole and metal washers so nothing to damp vibrations.

How will you them with a tight connection?

I think I’m just going to use engine RPM and gear shifts on them though and let the SFX-100 motion take care of big bumps etc. since I won’t need the BK to fake the effect.

Mine is connected directly to the frame using the clamp.
My frame is on the floor whilst yours is on feet, that could also make a difference as mine would have more to move/vibrate.
My Playseat I had on foam and I could feel every little bit of movement and it felt like I was being punched.
I will try these anti vibration mounts and see if it improves it as they should allow for more motion.
When I get my SFX100 I will do the same as you and just use it for engine and gear changes.

I was doing something similar with bits cut out from a washing machine anti vibration mat:-

They were quite hard bits of rubber, not much movement in them.
