The image quality on the fermi cards does look allot better than my 4870X2. When you say this people think that you are talking BS but the difference smacks you straight in the face. Games seem allot smoother as well. Try Battlefield Bad Company 2 with 32xAA.

Just bought Dragons Age Origins: Ultimate Edition going to play it on my desktop and give it a try on my netbook, a lot of people have said it works well on low settings.
Also looking to add some classics, seen the Tomb Raider Collection and looking out for the original Age of Empires!

Sold my PC version of Battlefield yonks ago as i picked it up on the 360 for the pad support How do you enable 32XAA then as i could not see it in Dirt2 only that weird CFAAthingy that i have never seen before?

You have to force it in the Nvidia control panel.

Some games have 32xAA support in the actual game (BC2 is one of them). Otherwise you will have to use the nvidia control panel to force it. Other good options to take note of are TRSAA which works really well with DX10 and DX11 games. Take the foliage for example on crysis normal AA doesnt work on this, but TRSAA does work and cleans it right up.

Another tip for Metro which I know you love is to up the pre-rendered frames to 5 which helps with smoother playback.

He won't be able to do these on the 470. You can do most games at 32xAA and with all the extras like supersampling but Crysis and Metro won't play at that rate unfortunately.

Yeah meh to Crysis but Metro oh yes but gonna save Metro till after xmas when i get the 2nd 470 in there as i recently played through Metro again. Also, you guys ssay force it vai CP but what do you overide or enhance?

Enhance uses the games AA features and adds to it, this will give a smaller hit in game. Override forces AA to everything and will take a bigger hit in frames.  

I use a bit of both depending on the game.
