I would say with Ryzen 2xxx being so cheap it is easy to build a £500 gaming PC.
But that will not include monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset etc

By the time you have added a decent motherboard, 16GB RAM and a larger SSD it is £650
Same spec but £120 cheaper, with a decent brand PSU as well
