I've seen some temporary fixes online which I will give a go. Things like enabling USB debugging so will have a play.

Played around with it and for me it is a big jump (been using a Note 4 before) the camera is superb and quite easy to change modes, AI works really well. The UI is really slick, I feel it is weirdly exactly like iOS. Can tell it is based on iOS and works really well.

Battery so far has been excellent. The only thing that I was worried about was the fingerprint scanner at the front. But got to say it is perfectly placed and I am someone that missed the fingerprint scanner and I much prefer it at the front than the back. Btw face scanner is crazy fast.

No, it comes with the usual screen film thing you take off.

Does come with a clear plastic TPU gel case. Which is really nice as it doesn't leave fingerprints.

Does anyone know where I can get a tempered glass protector for this?

I've decided to return my P20 Pro (I didn't even take it out of the cellophane). The only reason (and there were plenty of reasons to keep it) was due to the lack of 3.5mm headphone jack.

I'm not an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination. But I do have a nice pair of in-ear buds and a pair of B&O headphones.

I just like the fact that I am able to walk into most shops and pick up some cheap ear buds/headphones.

I'll probably go PAYG whilst I'm out of contract and will either wait to see if a decent deal for a S9  comes up. Or will wait to see if there is a Galaxy 10 (with headphone jack).
