Confusing iphone fault

IPhone 6s fault I cannot use touch screen while receiving a call or making a call .The touch screen  works during all other functions ie:-receiving and sending messages via messenger etc etc.I tried factory reset and installed all  updates but problem still exists any help would be appreciated thanks

If you’ve already done a restore and it’s still the same then I’d suggest taking it to Apple. Usually restoring fixes most niggles but hasn’t in your case. I don’t think you’ve got any other options after that unfortunately
