Are there any used phone sellers offering good discounts on used Huawei because of the whole google thing?

I'm only use a few apps, and am happy sideloading everything, if the handeset is the right price.

Not really. They like to offer virtually nothing but still sell them to you at a high price. No need to side load anything, all current phones work perfectly fine as they always have. Too much misinformation and speculation around.
