Thanks for sharing. I just checked that A49 do not have this same bug. However, It seems the AV bypass problem is common across several models but I have never read of it all these years.

Do you think the intermittent noise is something to worry about?

I really don't understand this thread.

Option A
Take advantage of the free software update & see if it fixes the issue.

Option B
Keep posting asking if someone else has problems & is the fix any good.

Just get it updated!

Well I'm glad he posted it rather than getting his amp updated and keeping his mouth shut. It seems from other comments that it's not just the A49 with the problem and I have a C30 and A22 so now I know to be careful if/when the time comes that I start switching between the two modes.
