Help needed Pro-Ject RPM 1

Hi there

I was wondering if someone could help me out. My grandfather has passed away and left me his Pro-Ject RPM 1

He purchased replacement feet for it as one is cracked. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the old ones off the plinth

HELP please
