Reading some of the reviews on this site truly angers me. A lot of you keep saying that this is a movie that shows the true stupidity of America and should not even be watched. However, have any of YOU been in that exact situation? I don't think so. While many of you think that you would not be so dumb and that you would act differently in the situation, you really have NO IDEA what would happen.
This is a true story, and I've looked up the actual events that this movie is based on and it pretty much nails it. The actors do an amazing job portraying the actual people that were involved in this mess. Don't be so quick to disregard this movie as important. It IS important because when someone watches this movie they can learn what to do in the situation if they do not know already. If you readers want to poop all over the intelligence of humanity, fine. But remember that not everyone can receive the best education, or any for that matter. And when you make reviews that put down the "stupid" people that were "dumb" enough to fall for something like this, just remember that you are only making yourself look like an asshole and you really don't know what you would do in that situation. SO GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE.
I recommend this movie to everyone. It is hard to watch because you want to scream at the TV and stop what is going on but all in all its a good movie that IS important to watch.
