Vanishing Point is a B-movie with some good moments, but no characters, no dialogues, and a thin plot. I guess all of its cult value came from the hippie rhetoric that spills throughout the movie, and that frankly is quite annoying. The whole movie is based on a huge trick, the vanishing of the car at 10:02 AM at the start, that literally means nothing. The editing is very poor.
