Hi All , i bought a Panasonic TX-32FS352B 32 Inch SMART HD Ready LED TV (Made in Turkey) a few months back and to be honest, its like looking at a bright light, i have turned down the brightness and also the back light and other settings, but its still bright.
anything that is suppose to be black is just like a lit up grey, not good to watch.

Its the same using the smart functions too

any tips on getting the colours and brightness to normal

Every day when i switch of the TV.  Maybe i am been spoiled with having a kuro 500a TV in the living room where the blacks are black, but there has to be a way of getting a good picture on a Panasonic even if it is a clone made in turkey

You should be able to get a reasonable looking pic by adjusting the contrast and brightness but you won't get the same “black” blacks compared to your Kuro.
