TCL Sky Remote Codes for DP648/608/628?

Hi,

It does seem like it's a lot darker with HDR on when playing AC: Origins on my Xbox One X - when I turned the HDR 10 setting off in the Xbox Settings it was improved quite a bit. I might have to contact them about this as well.

On my Sky HD box, I haven't had any issues with brightness when changing channels.

I just a replacement for my set from AO think if I have same issue think I will get a refund. This is my 2nd replacement AO have been good though in getting another sent out but if I have same problem gonna go pc world or something lol... Never had issues with tv sets before
Let me know how you get on if you decide to contact them

I think it might be a software bug or something of that sort so hopefully it can be fixed by an update.

I just set up my replacement tcl 628 and the brightness doesn't go dark now when in hdr mode.

I still get the brightness change on. My satalite box though.

I checked firmware old TV set was ending v340

The new replacement has FW ending v186
So could be software issue.

Will keep updated

Call tcl and see what they say

The hdr issue seems fixed on new set but still getting the brightness going dark then light on sat box but not as bad as the other TV.

It come up saying to install the v373 update do you think I should update? The tcl rep said that updates are fine. I wanna do it lol

I think the update should be fine. I haven't contacted TCL yet but will definitely do so soon.

My TV updated overnight and the hdr issue has occurred again

TCL called me today they said that this is the first time the hdr issue has been reported and it the second set I have to get issue after updating so they said there trying to find root of the issue hopefully a firmware update can fix it will keep updated

Just a little update tcl have taken this issue to there software team to try and find a solution will post a update in hopefully a few days
