Hi everybody,

I am looking for recommendations. I need a device that:

- a can attach to a stand,
- that can record video periodically (eg. between 7 and 9am every Morning).
- I should be able to download video files to my PC.

Video quality does not need to be high. Can be very low resolution too. Night filming not necessary.
I can plug it to AC power if necessary (battery not strictly required).

I would like to buy a low cost device if there is any available.
Sorry if my question has been asked before, I am totally new to video devices etc.

Thank you for your advice and have a great day!

MF

You may like to look at closed circuit TV cameras feeding a DVD recorder. Most cams are hands on devices, I don't know of a cam with a clock controller.

The issue you have I suspect is that daily recording period.... that puts you into the CCTV range and wide-angle relatively poor-quality images.
Let us know how you resolve this issue.
