Without monaing and groaning, I bought a dell 15 7000 series 7577 gaming laptop

With an i5 intel processor and GTX 1050 graphics card, Windows 10 Home, and 1tb hd,

To be honest I was happy enough. But it didn’t come with a backlit keyboard which was advertised,

The long shorts of it it’s being returned I was going to get a new Alienware 15 R3

But dell are messing me around so much I’m thinking is there. Better laptop

I’ve got about £900 to spend,

I’m thinking anything with a GTX 1060 or above would be nice,
Screen wise I’m not too fussed as long as I cane play FPS games as have various tv’s / monitors to connect it to. To game,

Looking at various other laptops one with an m2 nvme slot and standard SATA drive slot would be great

Happy with Windows 10 home or pro

Oh and must have a backlit keyboard

Lenovo Legion Y720 might be the one you're looking for. Or if you want something a little bit more fancy and you don't need numpad keyboard, go for Lenovo Legion y730.

thanks for the reply, I had completely forgotten about posting this,

in the end i got an Alienware 15 R3 for £800,
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
GTX 1060 with 6GB GDDR5
i5-7300HQ
6-Cell 99W Hour Battery
had to ditched the memory and hard drives that were grinding it to a halt, and replaced it with 16GB ram and a 970 pro nvme drive, and 1GB SSD samsung evo hard drive,

have to say pretty impressed with it now, boot up is almost instant
, temps seem to sit around 60 c for the cpu and GPU playing COD etc,

You meant 1TB, right? Anyway, glad to hear you're happy with your laptop.
