I found them by chance during a Google search.  I've signed-up and have uploaded items.  It's similar to evilBay, but you'll have to send proof of ID and address before you get full buying/selling rights.

Some of the most noticeable differences are that there are no insertion or listing fees.  You pay a 3% fee of the sold price.  Also, it has 2 ESCROW services from PPPay and Moneybookers.  You can upload you own bio-pic and there are forums.  Seems like a friendly place to be, and I'm sure it'll become far more well known in time.  No harm in taking a look.
