I've gone through the same problems. My TicWatch Pro was even disconnected from my phone for a few weeks. I can change watch faces, get notifications for text messages and apps, but my Play Store isn't loading or I can't even access Google assistant.  I had to un-pair my watch from my phone and re-install everything.

I've reinstalled several times and jumped through all the hoops in the past to try and get everything working. It was clear that some of the Google/Wear OS updates just broke things and made matters worse.
I was actually looking to get rid but the issues were not isolated to the Ticwatch alone.

I got a couple of updates this week and the watch is the best it's ever been. The only thing not working is repeating alarms syncing from the phone. Single alarms work.

I have installed the Watchmaker app for faces. There is a thriving community making free watch faces, each can be modified withing the app to suit needs/taste.

I use my smart watch for tracking my steps, see weather updates and notifications.  I don't use a lot of features but I do feel bad when I finally try to do something and it doesn't work.

Mostly, I use my TicWatch Pro as an accessory. Guys can't have too many accessory, at least a watch is functional and good looking too.

Thanks also for the link, the watch faces there look great. Will install the Watchmaker then play around with the watch faces for a bit.

I logged a support ticket for mine, as it stopped charging, I think the metal pins weren't making contact with the watch

I've not heard from Mobvi since raising the issue a few days ago

Any scorching around the pins on the charger. Mine gets quite warm sometimes.
I bought a spare (new) for £5.49 off eBay if you think it's worth trying.

When I had my charger replaced, I got a message on the site (after filing the ticket) that said I need to send the charger back before they replace it. I didn't, but they still sent the replacement. What's up with that, LOL.

Just had a message from Mobvoi support and a new charger is on the way.
