If they had only released the series 3 in SS Black
Not too keen on the non cellular in aluminium in space grey, I love the look and the weight of my series 2 (SS) but the speed is an advantage over the old series watches
I've gone with the SS Black series 3? Or did you mean SS black with no cellular? You can just disable mobile data if you're not going to use it. My battery life has been just fine with it btw. I was still at 77% by bedtime lat night after using it both on WiFi and cellular. I used it for playing Apple Music on a 20 minute walk yesterday and was also testing out phone calls with the phone in in airplane mode.
I had about 75% battery left at the end of the day, used it to control music playing on phone to AirPods (about 5 hours), notifications, checking time and activity/ Heart rate. This on a 38mm cellular (no cellular connection)
I don't think the battery life should be an y different between SS and aluminium. Personally, I put my watch on the charger every night before bed, so even if the battery was getting low by then it's still not a problem. And maybe I'm also a 'conservative' user but still 77% at the end of the day was quite impressive.
Well I’ve had mine since Friday I’m easily getting 20hrs if not more, not using cellular as my network doesn’t have it yet.
Very new to Apple Watch still haven’t got my head around all the features yet.
Currently out and about
Love how I can control my music using the watch, especially volume.
These little things make my daily routine easier.!
