Beware if buying the New LTE Apple Watch

Thankfully no problem here either, but that might be as I only had 1 line.
Existing 20Gb/month EE contract since 2015. Bought watch direct from Apple (via app on iPhone). Arrived 2 days later. Turned on and it paired to the iPhone. Whilst pairing it contacted EE and I logged in. I agreed to £5/month and a few minutes later I had cellular signal on the Watch.
What confused me was that the LTE signal ONLY shows up on the "Explorer Watch face" and I had restored from a backup so was using my original watch "Utility Watch Face" but it all seemed to work fine and showed signal strength when swiping up.
Shows up on my iPhone EE.app as a separate line (with a separate number) but calls appear to route through on my existing number without issues.
If I go into my EE account settings on a desktop, the watch appears as "Device Unknown" (the other device being my iPhone 6S ) but does correctly show as a "EE Smart Watch 30d £5" plan with 6 months free.
