Google Nik Collection is now free for everyone.

I downloaded from here in April and kept the dmg file. It works with Photoshop CC 2019 (Mac OS Mojave).

Personally, I'd rather choose to edit on iPad. It's much more faster and easier to use than my PC. iPad much easier to bring anywhere especially at work

I have iPadOS installed on my 9.7” iPad and find it’s a great way to edit photos.
