It is unlikely as the flange distance of EF lenses is less than that of M42 lenses (which is why you can easily get an adaptor to M42 lenses to Canon EOS cameras) so to be able to focus correctly the adaptor would need a lens in it which would reduce quality and increase costs.  If such a thing exists it would be sold on eBay so I would look there.

You can adapt many legacy manual lenses to suit modern bodies providing you're happy with manual aperture and focus on the lens.
You can also get adapters that convert modern electronic lenses for use on some other system bodies with full auto focus and aperture control providing they have the electronics there.

If I'm reading this right you want this...
Canon 550d Camera > Canon to M42 adapter > M42 teleconvertor > M42 to Canon adapter > Canon lens.

I'm pretty sceptical that can work, especially as you'll need electronic pass through on all the adapters and the teleconvertors to get the lens to focus and set the aperture.

I think if you're determined to use with the M42 teleconvertor then I think you'll need a Canon Camera > M42 adapter and a manual M42 lens.

A quick google does show that certain EF to M42 adapters exist like EOS-M42 Macro Adapter For Canon EOS EF Lens to M42 Screw Mount Camera Adapter 603894996932 | eBay but it does reduce to manual controls and loses focusing to inifinity
