Interesting morning so far. Two matches won easily, the other two very tight.

2 1/2 - 1 1/2 after the morning to the US.

Was up in all 4 at one stage I believe.

Some of our big guns definitely didn't have their A game this morning.

A reverse of this mornings scores would be great this PM.

We weren't up in 4 this morning. The 3rd game was always the USA.
The 2nd we were up and the USA did well to get a half there, the 4th game we threw away.

Up in all 4 of the afternoon games, but all by only 1 up, so that could change at any time.

Great come back from Garcia and mcilroy but disguises an overall poor effort from them. Love watching mickleson at the Ryder cup, great bloke who seems to really enjoy the occasion

some great games and great golf today, Garcia and Mcilroy pulled 1/2 point out of the fire, not sure I would pair them again tomorrow though, they didn't seem to click together and great effort from the rookies Donaldson and Dubuisson. gonna be a exciting weekend

They didn't play great, but Mickelson and Bradley are a proven team. It was a very tight match. The comeback this afternoon should have both Garcia and McIlroy ready for tomorrow.

Same overall score again tomorrow would do fine.

Yup, think they will come back stronger tomorrow. Such a shame poulter took such a pasting, he's such a passionate bloke and I reckon he will still win us points

As Medinah showed, a team can never be out of it. Europe were 10-4 down with just 2 four-ball matches to play and the singles and out of the next 14 points won, Europe got 10 1/2 of them. Amazing stuff and I still keep meaning to get the Blu-ray of it as I was away the weekend of the 2012 Ryder Cup and barely saw any of it.
