..Boxing or any other full contact sport. No hiding in those kind of sports and if you have not trained or you have an off day, you pay a high price!

There are lots of tough sports.  And what one person thinks is tough another might not.  Like I can not golf and I think that it is a tough sport but my sister is really good at it and thinks it to be easy.

I played Ice Hockey when I was younger. Which is rare in Europe. Brilliant sport though. Skill mixed with sheer brutality. Unfortunately, it's one of the inaccessible sports that you need to be lucky to be able to try.

What about Darts... the training in the 1980's was six pints of Lager and 40 cigs   and people at the moment are campaigning for it to be an Olympic sport
