I'm off out now so will no doubt miss the final frames. Kind of thankful as I don't think I could watch anymore of Selby's repulsive defensive keck!

Ronnie's missed pink could be costly earlier today... But it kind of sums Selby up. Waiting for a slip up. Boring.

There's a time to be defensive absolutely... But your sole gameplan being to play for mistakes is terrible. Every player goes for the odd risky pot to get a chance at scoring and winning. With Selby there is no attempt to grab a game by the scruff and clear up.... Break off defensive. And keep playing defensive until you get your chance. It's not right.

I don't particularly like watching Selby play / like his style of play but he is quality, he wouldn't be #3 in the world otherwise . . . . .

Closed it out well, give him that very good clearance to win and didn't play safe in that frame when he had a choice.

Shame Ronnie couldn't handle the safety today but needed to do more damage yesterday I guess, did think he would do it though until near the end.

Let's see what happens next time.
