Three days to go, wicket will deteriorate making it harder to bat on over the coming days. Might as well bat while the wicket is in a reasonable condition and set a high target. We should have at least two days to try and bowl them out

To be honest, the way Australia are playing we could have made them bat again and got them all out without even needing to bat again lol.

Though it'll probably be fine in the end, to bat again at the end of a day in the field, totally expected England to lose a few wickets.

Imagine if the Aussies were 30-3 again now.  Could be all over by tea time tomorrow.

Great day for England. Shame we lost 3 in the late stages of the day, but we only really need to squeeze out 200 to make it an impossible target for the Aussies.

I haven't got Sky Sports but have been following the game online. Great going for England.

I go back to work tomorrow and unfortunately for me not looking forward to it as I know I will get the Amber Nectar taken out of me

I've got the feeling England might bat for an hour or so in the morning, then declare and let the Aussies try and bat for the next two days.

Id say so, cook will give root his chance at a double century which who would deserve, he's come a long way in a very short international career
