have a problem with my ps4 and free-sat box

hi i have a problem with my ps4 and my mams free-sat box. when i turn my ps4 on in my bed room, my mam loses signal on her tv down stairs but her signal is restored if I turn my ps4 off. how can I fix this so she can what her tv whilst I play my games? this also happens with her free sat box in her bed room thanks in advance

That sounds very strange.

The only thing connecting the PS4 and Freesat boxes are electrical cables, you may have wiring problem perhaps, I'd call an electrician.

Is the TV the PS4 plugged into part of the problem ?, if PS4 is off and TV is on do the Freesat boxes still lose their signal ?

Try relocating the PS4 to another part of the house and see if it still causes the problem.
