Hi all,

i've just got a new monitor Aoc G2590px but something i cant understand is going on.

Ive plugged the power cord and cables then monitor started with no problem.

But after playing a bit with osd menu ive found briefly after that the sudden was no more functioning and the power light indicator was off.

So the current situation is that display is correctly showing Ps4 and Pc.but i cant access osd menu at all and power light is off leaving me unable to change setting or power off the display.

It seems that after plugging to another wall, power light indicator and osd are functional but after 2-3 min they disappear and never show up again, rendering the power-setting button inert.

I repeated the same procedure 4/5 times but same result.

What's the problem ?

Thx in advance for response

That doesn't good, only thing i can suggest is when you get the OSD up go to extra and look for the reset option, this should reset the display to factory defaults.

If it still persists after that you may have to return the display.

Unfortunately i cant test further, cause ive sent it back due to a dead pixel in the center of screen noticed while i was tryng to solve the other problem.

Still cant figure out that weird behavior btw.

Best guess - a disconnected cable core (power perhaps) between the MoBo and the control panel.
