Voice recognition apps

I am deaf , so I rely on subtitles, but also I have an interest in voice recognition, i.e apps which change spoken words into written text, such as the the voice control system on my LG smart tv
I have tried AVA, which is useful , but very dodgy results. I have tried Siri, again very limited results.I have tried the apple home control, again quite inferior.
The LG OLed smart Tv has a totally perfect voice to onscreen text for every word I say. If it is an app that can be sold as standalone it would be useful and profitable

I do assure you I am just a new user. I thought that this system might be of use to other deaf people, who do not get much sympathy or help
