If story is what you want, this isn't the place for you.
I had initially written a different post here. But then I thought of a better one as I was about to submit it.
You remember that old game double dragon? How you played a dude that literally just walked around punching and kicking everything in sight till it ends? That's basically what this movie is
Fight sequences were great. Definitely some of the best I'd seen in recent history.
Story was almost non existent
Acting was- wait, that was acting?!
The cast would randomly switch languages for no reason. Seemed weird.
Comic relief was overly obvious and just not funny.
Side story of the mother and daughter was completely pointless. Earlier on in the movie it opened up the possibility he was gonna stay with them but then he saved them and just wandered off to do his own thing and never came back.
So tldr, if you want to spend an hour watching a dude walk around silently then randomly beating people to death then this is the movie for you
