It had to change and change hard from Mays approach to Brexit . More of the same would achieve Jack .
Will it work ? Can not say . But a change was needed none the less.

I don't disagree. However, I am not sure what has been announced will work given the reality of a majority of 3 and just 98 days to Brexit. I guess we'll see!

It’s quite normal for a new boss to bring in new people. Not just because they will loyal, but it’s a fresh start. He needs people who know the target is to leave. How would it look if members of his cabinet started to resign when they could see a no deal Brexit was the only option left?
Just look at TM or JC who suffered embarrassment from members resigning. That’s how not to do it!

Liberal, Thatcherite, free market cabinet.
Sounds good to me so far.
