That's a common leap but people with genuine mental illnesses rarely do stuff like this.

Much more often it's assholes.

That was a close one.

My office is south of Blackfriars Bridge, all I can hear is sirens (probably unrelated) and can see three choppers over the London Eye.

So he's white?

SteakAndCake Publish time 26-11-2019 03:11:22

So he's brown?

I've not heard anything related to race/colour etc yet.

Reports that at least one civillian dead, others 'horrifically injured' just on the radio.

SteakAndCake Publish time 26-11-2019 03:11:24

But mixed reports of both terrorism and lone wolf attack.I can't be both unless it's a really pale Asian or a white person just back from their holibobs.

krish Publish time 26-11-2019 03:11:25

Yes it can be both, terrorism isn't confined to organised group incidents. Inspiring lone wolves is part of ISIS' arsenal.

SteakAndCake Publish time 26-11-2019 03:11:26

If he's inspired by ISIS, he's not a lone wolf then. His motivation and political motivation are one and the same with ISIS and at the point of action, he's just an ISIS proxy agent.Lone Wolf to me says somebody with their own political motivations or mental health issues.

Wasn't the whole point of Al Qaeda to not have a control structure and to encourage isolated cells?   That doesn't make each cell lone wolves.
