I would highly recommend a screen protector, otherwise the bezel will scratch on day one.

I wouldn't really compare it to an apple watch, the MS Band is very specific to people interested in fitness and health and works independently without a phone.

I want to order but im just not sure of the size.

I printed the size finder, but my wrist seams to be massive and bigger than the large?

(im not that fat)

I dont like watches tight so i think i best get large, its adjustable anyway.

vorn182 Publish time 2-12-2019 06:43:31

I had the same problem, I appeared bigger than large, when I've actually got quite small hands, and I'd imagine wrists too.Anyway, I followed this unofficial guide instead:

Fitting: measure your wrist
For any questions regarding the fitting, these sizes we do recommended based on your wrist:
-Small: Wrist sizes between 14.5 - 17cm (5.75” and 6.75”)

-Medium: Wrist sizes between 16.5 - 19cm (6.5” and 7.5”)

-Large: Wrist sizes between 19 - 21.6 cm (7.5” and 8.5”)

Thanks that looks a better guide, is it recommended to wear it above or below the wrist bone?

18 cm measured this way so a Medium now//static.avforums.com/styles/avf/smilies/facepalm.gif

I would go medium for sure then. You want it to have adjustment either way so it's not as tight or as loose as the clip will go.

Mine is a medium as well with adjustment either way, despite looking like I needed a large on Microsofts guide.

I don't think it matters where you wear it on your wrist, mine seems to work and fit where ever. I do wear mine face down now though, it's much easier to view the screen that way.

Ordered a medium size, you get 14 days to return it for any reason so if the size is wrong, ill do that.

Changed my order to amazon, MS state 3-5 working days for delivery, i cant stand waiting for new tech, so im just gonna pay the extra to get it on release day.

I also contacted MS about releasing the Band app early, but they said it wont release till the bands release date.
