Thanks.
Any tips on power saving?
Is it worth not having it connect to my phone when not needed ?

Also with Sleep Mode do you always have to activate it, I am sure I read that its had an update that will automatically register while sleeping.

I wouldnt worry too much about the battery, I just leave it connected to Bluetooth, I have it in watch mode as well so the screen is always on, it doesn't seem to make much difference.

It will auto detect sleep, I tend to activate sleep mode though.

Well after only having it for a day I must say I am very impressed with it.
For riding it really is excellent for what I wanted. I can easily keep track of my heart rate, distance and speed. Nice and easy to start and stop a ride on the Band. A lot less hassle than using my phone and once I am done it syncs straight away with my phone which then updates the App and Strava App.
Notifications are good but I think I may turn them off as I don't really need it for that.
Tried out the sleep mode last night and it's quite interesting when you look at your stats.
Seems so far quite comfortable on my wrist and not to clunky, slept with it on absolutely fine.

The MS App is very good and very impressed with that so far. Can see this helping me up my fitness and getting out more and hopefully shifting some weight.
I did close to an hours ride this morning with GPS on and the battery does not seemed to have dropped much and this was after having it on me all night for sleep mode.

Thanks to everyone who answered all my questions.

Just ordered an extra cable and screen protectors.

Was tempted in the little charging stand you can get but thought that was just silly !

Think that prototype image has been around for a while; wouldn't buy into it too much.

@King Tones are you literally only having issues with the emails when it comes to displaying them? They should work the same as everything else! Does for me, i.e. pressing the action button slowly scrolls through the content.

How are guys keeping your Bands clean? Noticed it can get a bit smelly after a long wear! At the moment I'm rubbing a very small amount of soap over the connector and scrubbing it with a towel...

Yeah only seems to be with emails but I think it is working how it should be and only shows the subject of the emails. Where I was thinking it would give a preview to the content.
I have turned off email notifications anyways as don't need them.

The Phone, Text and other notifications are quite handy though.
Been using it for riding, walking and sleep.
The battery is pretty good, I am getting 3 days out of it easily.

Anyone else used the Zagg Screen Protector ?
Have applied mine and was fine for a few hours but now a few bubbles have appeared. I am hoping these will disappear. Anyone else experienced this ?
I am assuming I cannot take it off and re-apply ?

I put one on straight away but later in the evening noticed I'd trapped a cat hair underneath it! Was driving me mad... tried to peel a bit back but it was no use, the whole thing had to come off. My Band was then completely scratched to hell within just a few days.

Bubble has gone now but I noticed a tiny hair under it!
Will leave it though as I managed to scuff the screen just before putting on the protector so won't be taking it off !
