I see the movie today. So, when i see it it was funny.
The movie had cool ideas such as the radio or the lights in turbo. Such ideas bring good entertainment in the film. However, the makers have made at the beginning of the film a bit too long. So that was still okay with the lawn mower but it went a little long until the film has begun.
The characters were well done. Especially the behavior. A good gag was when the Spanish man who took two slugs and then singing along to music in the car. When the worm was always something going on. Only that it would have been great that turbo's friends had played more in the story.
The conclusion was made great because you always thought "Will he now?", "Will he win?" At the end there was just adrenaline and this makes the moment even unique.
It was a good idea :) with really funny gags ;)
