Not sure if it will be an option but I'd be really interested in a 2.0 petrol 5008 when it comes time to change. Will probably go back to petrol for my next car due to only doing about 8k a year. Will depend upon the leasing cost though.

Test drive the 1.2 GTLine, you may be surprised. Coming from a 2.0 litre Volvo S60 D3, I have found very little difference in everyday driving. It appears engine technology has improved and we may not need the larger cc's that we are used to for normal driving.

150ps/1500kg vs 130ps/1250kg I'm not surprised performance was similar.

The concept with the instrument display on the recent Peugeots is that the driver is supposed to look "over" the steering wheel at the head up instrument display - not through it.

Took delivery of Sunset Copper GT Line a couple of weeks ago.  I'm really impressed: drives well, very comfortable, and the i-cockpit is intuitive to use, and, unlike the infotainment system in my old Mazda, consistently works.

Wife really likes it (apart from the electronic handbrake) and my neighbour said on seeing the 3008 on the drive she wishes she had gone with one rather than her Discovery Sport.

Had ours now since end of June. Still figuring out the best setup for the dials
GT line in magnetic blue. Only additional spec'd grip control (just in case since I live in Scotland )
Nice and comfortable. Not sure I like the e brake either (especially when you go back to a car with a "proper" handbrake).
Some lovely features - love the logo puddle lights.

A few pics (excuse the messy interior, that's what happens when you have a wife and 2 young kids )

Nice: I thought long and hard about that colour as well.  Display - I normally stick with "Dials" (i.e. speedo and rev counter) but quite like the "G-Force" and "engine information" options as a 'personal' set-up, though the engine information only 'works' with Sport mode enabled.

Only gripe for me is dealer not car based - still waiting for TomTom live services to be activated!

The GTLine badging/branding 'blends in' on the Sunset Copper.

Just noticed your alloys are different - is that because of the grip control option?

I specc'd in heated seats and the keyless entry with electric tailgate - very handy with child and dog in tow.
