Purchased this recently TrendyDigital WaterGuard Waterproof Case for Kindle 3: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics - dropped it in the bath tonight - not a hint of condensation on the inside. Recommended (though expensive for what is basically a very well sealed sandwich bag)

I've just ordered one of those.  Seems good value compared with others.  I liked the idea of the stand; glad it works OK.

If you read my post just above, I've had that cover for a month or so now, and it is really good.  The adjustable stand is a big bonus, and doesn't in the least get in the way when you're not using it.

It's still on Amazon at £10.99

I bought this one for a £5:

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace

...its not leather, well not from any creature that normally produces leather, but very happy with it.

I went for the official Amazon non-lit) one in the end.  Expensive at £27 but looks and feels very good and is proper leather in good colours.  Previously looked at the M-Edge ones which were slightly cheaper but they just didn't look that well finished for the money.

Cheers,

Nigel

I had one of the original non lighted ones and was well impressed, when it started causing my Kindle to freeze Amazon gave a me a refund and voucher to get the lighted cover.

I ended up paying just £29 for a £50 cover so I can't fault it. My wife's non lighted cover is coming up to a year old and still looks good as new.

If I had to look at a case again it would be an official one

Official Kindle cases back in the Amazon black friday deal. Again they are Orange/Blue without light, and Orange with light. The other day they were £20 and £35 respectively.

I would grab the blue one if it dropped to £15...
