If Vaz stands and is re-elected, he will be unable to take up his seat until his suspension ends. He could then still face a recall petition to give voters in Leicester East the chance to oust him. He could face further action from the committee over comments posted to his personal website that appeared to criticise the report, the Commons was told.

I'd hope Labour would remove him as a candidate, no doubt there's a lot more to come out about Vaz's dodgy behaviour.

Well it's the standard statement I'd expect from a party leader. Vaz will probably be hoping Corbyn becomes PM so he can attempt to weasel his way into the Lords. We'll see if any of those other allegations about Vaz come to light now that he's not an MP. Probably won't.
