Yes, funny that. Before the vote, holding their own, we had Johntheexpat, Aclass, a Razcak.
The latter is probably polishing his faulty crystal ball, but where have all these new remainers come from? Pretty pointless after the vote....

My apologies, I didn't realise this section was closed off to people unless they posted here before the referendum.
Perhaps the moderator, who seems to hold the same opinion, could put some form of banner on the forum discouraging anyone new, but only who voted remain, to post here.

I'm not new, I've just been busy for the last few months. I highly doubt it would matter though, no matter how many Remain voters were posting here pre-referendum. It's not like anyone ever actually changes their mind when arguing politics...

Voted to stay and don't regret my decision.

Very worried about the actual result and wondering how and if I will be able to move to Canada, if I can convince my wife to move our family there.

Nothing good will come of it, I am sure. I know most people here don't agree with me (from what I am reading). The fact our economy in the last few days has taken a massive hit, the EU telling Johnson et.al that we won't get anything close to the deal they were promising the masses to get them to vote leave.

The fact Johnson is trying to now delay the leave, as his heart is not really in it, he just wanted to be PM!

The only plus side at the moment is that the referendum is not legally binding! It may never actually happen. I can't say what will happen if that is the case.

My question back to the Leave people is what is the point for you that might make you say, Oh maybe I was wrong?

Which parts of the Leave campaign made you vote that way? the 350M for the NHS? The immigration policy change? or something else?

If it was the two I mention, what happens for you when we negotiate out but still have the free movement of workers still written into the deal? Immigration doesn't change except the EU laws now being drawn up are more negative to our economy as we no longer have a say in the creation of those laws.

The morning after the 350M for the NHS was being back tracked, does non of that send any alarm bells ringing?

I am genuinely curious and not trying to bait anyone, I promise. I am just trying to see all those in the thread who are very passionately in favour of leaving, what made them think it was good and what will make them think, I got it wrong? (Maybe there is nothing and you remain happy, and that is fine too.)
