Well I'm coming around to liking Rissoto now and even more so when the IP does it in 10 minutes.

Made this up with chicken, chorizo, onion, mushrooms, mangetout, stock and finished with Cornish quartz cheese.

It was the first link I found as I just wanted to get the timings, although tbh I was unsure if it was High and wait for it to start (5 minutes) and then turn it to Low on the steam.
Ingredients also didn't follow the recipe to the letter, but was what I had in the fridge and cupboard.

I will seek out a recipe for the IP with clearer instructions next time as was probably lucky with this one but would like to do it without the guess work next time.

Thanks, I'll have a look too.

Edit: This could be a good place to start.

Cheers

I have saved that and added THIS ONE to my favourites.

I'm sure the one I had seen before was in the book, but couldn't find and only did a quick search to get timing ideas.

Will give that one a go soon.

I've been meaning to buy a slow cooker for a while and still haven't hit the buy now button.

I'm not sure we need a pressure cooker/slow cooker, but would like a delayed timer and a 6L capacity.
What do you all recommend?

I've added this to my wish list, but it doesn't seem to have the delayed timer function.

That's expensive for a slow cooker

This, albeit 1 litre smaller, would be my choice
