Ok as posted in breakfast thread,I introduce the bombed out sandwich

Years ago when I was a Navy chef, I came up with this as a go to hangover cure, over the years we continued to use it as a breakfast alternative it’s so moorish!!

Basic ingredients any bread, French stick works well,
Mint sauce thin layer
Dijon mustard thin layer
Tom ketchup thin layer
Mayo thin layer
Philly cheese spread thin
Bit of grated cheddar
Bacon
Egg
Onion ring crisps
Mushrooms are optional
Don’t ask how or why but it just works great flavour great crunch !

Stage one

Stage two

Reminds me of a Sunday filler when I used to eat bread.

French stick
Iceland spicy 100% chicken pieces in breadcrumbs
English mustard
Fine Branston pickle
Cracked pepper
seasalt
Mayo.

Wrap the beast tightly in clingfilm to avoid loosing any and peel away as you eat.

This.  Or foil.

I bet most of @busterbenny2001's  breakfast was eaten from his lap.
