Picked up a cheeky Whitley Nell on 'offer' for £20.00 at Tesco this afternoon. Very inoffensive but also refreshing.

I'm going to revise my initial appraisal of Aldi's Topaz Blue. I had one last night followed by a Whitley Neill and the Topaz Blue tasted dirty, watery, unfiltered and frankly awful 1/10

Well thought I would join this thread.
Never really liked gin, but that's because I have mainly only tried rubbish.

Just bought Aldi Oliver Cromwell London Dry Gin and Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water.

Didn't want to spend a great deal in case it's as awful as I remember.

So far, so good though, now on my second glass (using Smurfin's 50/150ml advice).

This weekend's blind gin purchase, apparently a favourite of Ian Fleming and Churchill.

Should be interesting as there is no added citrus elements at all.

£20.00 from Asda

I had a Martin miller with Elderflower fever tree tonic yesterday which was nice. Also a Bombay sapphire with Mediterranean tonic which was also nice.

Had a dry martini the other day made with Bombay Sapphire and a twist. Cost £9 but it had 3 shots in it and it took the guy 10mins of faffing to complete.
Ignore the pink daiquairi.
