Jamie Pukka says dry fry your eggs with the lid on and the steam hardens the white, and no snot.  This is how I often cook mine but you have to be quick to stop the yoke going too hard.

Sausages always go in the oven when I do them. The OH when I let her into the kitchen grills.

Depends on time.

Sometimes it does them good to be grilled first then finished in the oven.

My favourite bacon is done on the BBQ. Unsmoked bacon, then cooked indirectly with some hickory chips thrown in.

Making me hungry. I had a massive dinner too.

My work canteen is a hell hole. The only beacon of hope in a world of horrendous food is their breakfasts.

Sausage rolls looked particularly good this morning. The sausages seem grim but they taste better than they look.

Albino sausage roll and contamination of everything with Beans. I’d have to be pretty hungry to eat that.

The roll on top was a bit pasty looking.  One underneath was a lovely golden brown.

And the beans are the best bit!

I’m a bit unusual when it comes to baked beans. I tolerate them.

I don’t tolerate them all over my food.

Nothing unusual about that I like them to be in their own place where I take a few as and when I want them lol

Even beans on toast which is rare but occasionally I need it, the beans are seaparate from toast and scooped onto toast as required, technically it’s not beans on toast, maybe beans with toast or beans near toast!!!
