Last night in lanzarote so steak decent looking sirloin nearly 14 oz  each

3 Hours @58° in the bag in the bath with chorizo, garlic, onion salt and pepper butter and then pan fried and the oils and bag ingredients added with mushrooms and goose fat dipped roasts.

Ribeye. Beef dripping sauce. Pic doesn’t do it justice. It was actually very good and more pink than it looks. This was at a Miller and Carter.

Like the sound of the beef dripping sauce. I love dripping spread on a slice of bread.
Bought my son and his GF a Miller & Carter voucher for Xmas. He had the 30oz Tomahawk. Looked tremendous.
