Stevecritten, yes papas is great for gluten free fish and chips, re pork pies as da a ells gluten free ones, they are OK but not same as a normal one, but once in a while they do suffice.

I had stomach problems for years, nothing too serious but the last year or so I would get crippling stomach pains, some of the worst pain I've ever felt. I tried Gluten free but that didn't solve the issue.

Doctors were useless, even had an endoscopy a few years back, that never found anything so I tried one of these allergy test places. They discovered I was allergic to yeast, of all things. Once I removed that from my diet so many issues I had disappeared from stomach pains to a constant acid reflux, all gone.

I'd now recommend an allergy test to anyone with stomach problems.  Not one of these two second ones you see pimped outside some shops, find a proper allergy tester.

First consultation cost me £68, then a follow up was £30 I think.
So for something that could be possibly life changing, it's a bargain.

Yeah.  That’s much better than I’d have thought and like you say if just makes things 25 percent better that’s good

Out of interests what does the test consist of and how long etc does process take ?

The initial consultation takes about 1 hour. It's difficult to explain but involves a small machine and loads of little vials that contain every ingredient you can think of. The test is non invasive and does not hurt in any way. You will then be given the results and go from there if there are foods you need to avoid etc.
