Hi mate

Have you got any plans or would you be willing to draw up a training plan for someone trying to shift weight?

Someone who has done no exercise in a few years but has now decided to do something about the pounds.

I can't afford a PT but would be willing to donate some money to the charity.

Cheers

This plan will work for anyone. However, in order to drop weight (fat) what you need is to sort out your nutrition. Have a look through this website and check out the podcasts:

Hi Wardy, thanks for sending through your plan! Really liking using a variety of equipment and exercises that i've not thought about doing before. e.g TRX and kettle bells.
I've had some good aches the day after a session which hopefully means i'm working the muscles again after becoming stagnant in my old plan.
I tend to do my workout in the morning before work meaning i'm quite time constrained. Each session takes about 50-55 minutes which is ideal for me.
Increasing the weights each set will definitely help me push myself a bit harder.

If you're looking for any feedback, it may be worth adding a link to a youtube example of each exercise as i had to look quite a few of them up and understand the form.

I've created the workout on the Jefit app which helps keep track of progress. Wardy, if you want a link to it, send me a PM.

Thanks again!!

Is this plan still available? I've hit a brick wall lately and not done much, need some motivation and something to get my teeth into.

I'd love a copy please buddy. Desperately need to get my arse in gear, after 18 months of injuries & operations. I've never been so unfit in my life!
