i know this isn't "cheap" but it's not, and probably never will be available in the UK, and normally costs up to £30 on eBay, so i think it's a bargain at £17.91 including shipping

I used a AZIN to UPC converter to find the barcode, then looked the barcode up in DVD profiler to confirm that it is the Blu-ray 3D version, not the anaglyph version, so hopefully there won't be any nasty surprises.

Is that 3 disc's with the 2D versions piggy backed or just the 3d versions?

Also if you click the back cover, it says you require compatible 3D glasses   cable etc, so definitely should be the proper version.

All 3d discs can be played in 2d, but these have both in terms of a menu on disc asking which you want. If you put in 2d player you'll only get 2d version.

This is not true.

If you buy a Blu-ray that contains a Blu-ray 3D   Blu-ray 2D then the 3D Blu-ray will not play on a non 3D player.

Try it, I just did.

Yep you're right silentone... you need a 3d player but if this is then connected to a non-3d TV it will show it in 2d...

No, if you have a 3d player but a non-3d TV you get a message saying the disc won't play.  You need ALL the kit to play a 3d disc.

It is true for the boxset we are talking about, I didn't say all 3d discs work in 2d players, just these single 2d / 3d discs. But I can watch any 3d film in 2d because I have a 3d player and 3d tv and you can switch 3d discs to 2d if you want.
