Hi all, I am tempted to buy a phone from this company. If it's an imported phone what issues would I have ie warrenty, firmware upgrades etc that I wouldn't get from a UK phone?

Hi guys, Im thinking about getting that 32GB iPhone 5c from expedite.. seeing its twice as cheap than buying one in ireland.. I'm very cautious as not only have I never spent this amount of money in one guy in my life, let alone online, but I made the mistake of reading bad reviews of the site before checking out this thread :/

My phone shipped today and will be arriving tomorrow! That will be a five working day delivery which is more than acceptable for the price I paid. Will let you guys know the phone's origin etc on receipt.

For me, the clincher was that they happily take PayPal - so if I were you, get a PayPal account and add a credit card then pay through PayPal... Then, if any issues popup they'll sort out a full refund for you, and you've got the added protection of the credit card company.

Out of interest (and for completeness) can you please post links to the bad reviews? I had issues finding anything useful.

Product is an import, but is brand new and started up in English... Wife is over the moon.

Just this minute signed up here so i can say......... ordered IPAD air 16gb with cellular, a full £100 cheaper than anywhere i have seen at a lovely £399

Ordered 15/05 arrived today 20/05 at 11.30 by parcel force, shipped from West Drayton (middlesex) only round corner from me as i'm at Heathrow Airport.

Here comes an Iphone 5S ;-) next and to boot, cos of the above i get £5 off lol

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 on 16/05 and have heard nothing further. Registered with their website but it says I have no orders with them. Posted a query today through their contact form so will wait and see what happens next.

Received a reply within 5-hours stating the item is with the carrier and will provide a tracking number when received from Parcel Force. Expected delivery 22-27/05. Fast response to the query. I'll update on receipt but so far looking good.
